2. How is my order shipped?
CMA ships all packages exclusively via UPS. All Next Day, 2 Day Delivery orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday. Next Day Delivery is not available for PO Box, APO and FPO mailing addresses.
3. How long will it take to get my order?
All merchandise will ship within 48 hours of receiving the order (Monday-Friday). CMA bases estimated UPS GROUND delivery time on this UPS delivery map.
4. US Shipping
CMA calculates shipping costs based on published UPS rates from our main warehouse in Las Vegas, NV.
For overnight delivery the next business day, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 5pm ET. Overnight orders placed after 5pm ET on Friday and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.
5. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you do need to return/exchange an item, we will happily return any item(s) that are returned within 60 days of the ship date in their original condition. Shipping is non-refundable.
6. How do I return an item?
Packing and sending your returns/exchanges:
1. Return must be received back in NEW condition with any original tags attached.
2. Include the RETURN FORM (click here for form)
3. Place the item and completed return form in box.
4. Please ship your return/exchange to the below mailing address. For your protection we recommend that you use UPS or insured parcel post for your return (customer is responsible for the shipping to return the item). We are not responsible for any loss/damage that may occur during shipment to the items you are returning.
5. If you choose to exchange the merchandise, the shipping on the exchange order will be free of charge. Exchange requests will be processed on in stock merchandise only.

7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please call our customer service department at 855-227-8930 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you received a damaged or incorrect item.
8. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Once a return has been processed, a credit card refund can take up to 7 business days to appear on your account.
